The Zone of Interest

Sorry, I don’t do Holocaust films. I can barely watch when dogs get sick.

While I refuse to watch this film about complicity and Nazis and concentration camps, I do want to give a shout out to that gorgeous poster. It is the perfect representation of a beautiful home and garden right next to Auschwitz—kind of like Marimekko in Hell.

This post is definitely an anticlimactic ending for a year that was full of excellent films. But enough about what I think—who do you think will win? We’ll find out right after lunch!
